This is the philosophy that JBGoodwin Realtors® was founded on and is what I consider my main goal as a Real Estate Professional. Whether I'm working with buyers, sellers, or tenants, I strive to do my best to guide my clients through the real estate process and the Austin market.

I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master's in Professional Accounting. My background includes working as a CPA at various public accounting firms and with a Fortune 100 company's real estate investment tax group.

I have been a real estate investor prior to being licensed as a Realtor, and understand how instrumental and life-changing real estate can be in building one's wealth. I would be happy to discuss simple strategies that many people can start with when purchasing real estate such as house hacking, short-term rentals, live-in flips, buy-and-hold, rent-by-the-room, and so much more.
